Tonya Rabon Delamarter - Owner

Butter & Batter Scratch Bakery is a home-based, cottage bakery, located in Elgin, SC. We are owned and operated by Tonya Rabon Delamarter, daughter of C.T. Rabon and Lynn Rabon, who was born and raised in the Lugoff-Elgin area. Tonya moved to Texas in 1990, where she resided for 34 years. In 2023, she and her family, decided to make the move back to South Carolina. Tonya is married to her husband, Chris, and they have two young sons, Easton (2.5 yrs) and Jax (1 yr). Tonya feels blessed to have a home-based business where she can be present for the boys and still follow her dreams. All of our delicious offerings are created and baked fresh by Tonya. Her team of taste testers and packagers consist of family members and friends, who graciously give of their time to support her business.
